Over the past few years we've developed systems and tools to get you the information you
need fast. From Quotrak, our instant loop quote tool, to our Back Office system that provides
you with detailed provisioning and support information about your customers, we're continually
working on ways to provide you with the fastest service and easiest access to information.
While we can't control some things, like the occasional carrier outage, we will be there every
step of the way, day and night, to get your customers back up and running. If you ever have a
problem, whether it's something your customer is encountering or if there is an issue you as an
Agent need resolved, we guarantee that we will work to solve it.
What does the Rapid Response guarantee mean?
Sales Support
In this fast moving industry, immediate answers are critical. Our sales support team is standing by to help
you. Response is usually immediate. We guarantee we will return your email/phone call within 24 hours.
Commission Payments
You work hard to win new business. If, for any reason, there is an issue with your commissions, we resolve
it fast. Since 1997, TMC has paid its agents on time and in full. And we pay fast – the month following
provisioning. We're proud of our track record. In the rare instance there is an issue, we guarantee
a 48 hour turnaround from the time we're made aware of any discrepancy on your commissions to direct
depositing the amount into your account.
Customer Bill Resolution
If there is ever an issue with your customer's bill, issues are resolved within days, not months or years like
most carriers. TMC will assess the problem and deliver a resolution plan within 48 hours.
Provisioning & Repair
We will keep you informed throughout every step of the provisioning process. Updates from order to
install are available on TMC's Back Office System. If there is ever a carrier outage or repair issue, we
update your customer regularly until the service is back up and running. We've set guarantees for every
step of the provisioning and repair process.
How do you invoke the guarantee?
