How do I add/change services to an existing TMC account?
Login to the site, then fill out the F4 form and fax to 888-965-8622.
How do I find out the status of an order?
Track your order online by logging onto The Back Office.
How do I get access to The Back Office?
Contact TMC Sales Support at 866-999-1133 and request access.
How long does it take to install an order?
Typically 30 days. Please refer to TMC's Provisioning Interval Schedule for details.
When do I get paid?
On the 15th of each month, commissions are direct deposited into your account and your commission report is available by logging into the site and using the Commission Tracker.
Will TMC reimburse the conversion charges (PIC charges) for converting Switched Access lines to TMC?
If the customer signs at least a one-year term and submits their LEC bill for reimbursement, TMC will credit the amount of the PIC fee after verifying that the line(s) have usage. PIC fees will only be reimbursed if there is usage.
Can my customer get their bill on CD-Rom? If so, what does that cost each month? Is there a set-up fee?
Customers who bill over $2,500 a month receive their bill on CD-Rom for free. For customers who bill under $2,500 a month, a $25/month fee applies.
Can TMC provide Switched Access Long Distance on month-to-month terms?
Yes, we have month-to-month, one year and two year terms.
